Fill up and complete the provided forms. Attach the required documents:
- A copy of the advertisement sample.
- A copy of business license and site / building rental authorization letter whether it is from the building or land owner.
- A copy of TOL from the District Land Administrator.
- Location / site plan and marked pictures showing the location the advertisements will be displayed.
- RM 10.00 Registration / process fee.
